UK Carriage charge £5.99 for a ParcelForce 48hr service - Please note if you live in the Highlands, Isles or Northern Ireland carriage may take up to five working days at the couriers discretion. Selecting the priority delivery service will change your order to a Parcel Force 24hr service BUT orders MUST be in before 13:00 to allow adequate processing time for your order. As an example an order received on Monday at 11am will ship Monday to arrive Wednesday (Tuesday on a priority shipment), but an order received Monday at 2pm will most likely arrive Thursday (Wednesday with priority shipping).
In URGENT cases we may be able to amend these times at our discretion but we do ask that customers give us a call NOT email if something is urgent.
Note that we now accept online orders to Ireland. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Ireland 24 service, and are based on weight (priced on a sliding scale ranging from £4 for 0.5 kilo to £28 for 15 kilos). Again, this will be shown during the checkout process, and you do have the option to not proceed should you have any query re carriage. In any case we are happy to accept customer pickups or courier collections if this proves more cost effective.

We automatically take payment from your credit/debit card immediately upon you confirming your order. All orders are subject to our sales team approval and will be checked prior to despatch to ensure that the details provided are valid. Note that international orders may be subject to additional delivery charges at cost rates, however, we will contact you to confirm this. Should we refuse the sale for any reason we will refund you within 48 hours.

Our returns procedure complies with the UK mail order goods act. You have 14 days from the point of you receiving the goods, to return the product, in its original condition, for a full and complete refund. However they must be returned unopened AND in the same condition. Goods which have been opened will only be refunded if they prove to be faulty, or damaged. We will not refund carriage costs on product returned for restocking, and will deduct any outward carriage from the refund in such circumstances.
A warranty is supplied on most of our products. This warranty is somewhat limited as the vast majority of our products are only likely to be damaged through wear and tear - which obviously we cannot cover. However, where this is a clear manufacturing defect we will refund the customer in full or replace the item, depending on the circumstances. In all cases our maximum liability will be the total cost of the failed product only and we will not refund consequential losses.
All goods are sent via insured delivery where appropriate. We will usually replace any product which is damaged in transit immediately and deal with the courier firm to seek compensation ourselves. However, we reserve the right to not replace items prior to any invesitagation by the courier firm, and to inspect any goods prior to issuing replacements. YOU MUST RETAIN ANY PACKAGING WHERE A PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
Finally, any delivery times quoted are approximate. We expect all deliveries to be within 5 working days and often within 48hrs. If, for whatever reason, it would appear that delivery will take longer we will contact you with both an explanation and an offer to wait or take a complete refund.
